Replacement and return of products

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Only unused and unwashed products can be returned. Products do not need to have the original packaging.

Prepare purchase confirmation - The document that came with the shipment and mark on it the products you want to return. You don't need anything else! 😊
If you lose the document, please fill out the following return form and include it in the package or send it by email to sklep@makaszka.pl.

Secure the goods for transport and send them to the address below. We leave the choice of the carrier to you, but we do not accept packages sent COD and to Parcel Post.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to pay for the order.
Please provide your bank account number only In case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Note: If a freebie was attached to the order, it must be returned with the contents of the order. Otherwise, the amount of the return will be reduced by the value of the freebie.
