Complaint

Purchased products are subject to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

If the product is damaged during use, please contact us by email at [email protected].

You do not need a claim form. Just include the following information in your message/complaint:

    • order number,
    • A detailed description of the problem,
    • Photos/videos showing the defect,
    • A convenient date and address from where we can pick up the product.

A courier will be arranged to the address provided to pick up the product. Please secure the goods for transportation. You do not need to attach additional information/forms to the package. The courier will provide the necessary waybills. The product will be repaired within 10 working days and sent back to the customer at the manufacturer's expense.

If the product cannot be repaired, we will immediately determine the next steps.


Note: Defects resulting from mechanical damage, improper care and/or natural wear and tear of the product (e.g., material fuzzing, pulling, color discoloration caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, etc.) are not subject to complaint. 

If the product is picked up and the above-mentioned situation is found, the customer will be charged for the collection and reshipment of the package.
